You may return new, unused items within 7 days of purchase for a full refund. The sling must be in absolutely perfect condition to receive a refund. After 7 days we do not accept returns.
Once we have received your return, it may take up to a week to apply your refund (less the cost of postage) back on to your credit card and further time for the banks to process the refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
If you have made a purchase as a "guest", please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to request the return of your sling. All return instructions will be in the email.

DELIVERY / POSTAGE
We want you to receive your baby sling as soon as possible so we offer the same day dispatch if your order is placed before 12 noon. Otherwise it will be next day dispatch.
Within Australia: Regular Post $7.50 - Can be traced. Takes 2-4 days to major capital cities.
Express Post 11 - Can also be traced- It will definately arrive
faster than regular post, but will not be next day delivery
due to regional postage. Usually 2 days to major capital cities.
